Fire performance of wooden facades
The presentation will provide a summary of 10 large scale facade fire tests carried out as a part of Biofacades Uphigh project. Biofacades Uphigh project focused on non-fire treated ventilated wood clad facades and their fire protection with structural means. The presentation will also explore the differences between prescriptive (code-based) and performance-based engineering from the Danish perspective.
